[CUSTOMER SERVICE] Is there an additional charge for evenings and weekends? There is NO additional charge for evenings or weekends and is actually preferred]
[SALES] What is the warranty on custom built PC’s? PC’s built by LNJ Computer Services carry a one year parts and labor warranty.
[SUPPORT] What support is provided? Support is provided up to 30 days after a service is rendered
[BILLING] What forms of payment are accepted? We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service
[PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC] How can I receive remote connection to my PC? This is done by contacting us to arrange a specific time and to receive instructions how to connect
